just weighed in at WW. Gained 4/10th of a pound again this week. I eat too much. That's my problem. My portions are way too big and I must not be accurately counting my points in proportion to size. I feel poopy now. But either way Im gearing up for my 10 miler tomorrow am. I hate to run on an empty stomach but Im scared to eat right before.. maybe Ill just have a gu pack.
All these women losing 2 pounds, 1 pound, 3 pounds, and I, who runs about 20 miles a week... gain 4/10th.
Not happy.
