Tomorrow (Saturday) I am going to try to run 14 miles. I hope I make it. The run begins with an 8.0 mile course then back to the beginning of our loop when I should continue on for another 6 miles. Hopefully I will be at my best and trudge on. I really want to go the distance because I figure it's my last chance to run far before my half marathon on March 21st. Not really though... I could still run a long one on the 13th but for now... Im ready to go... If I could only poop... not kidding.,.. I know its alot to take.. reading this, but I have a real problem and I really dont want to feel like I have to go WHILE I AM RUNNING!!!!!!!!!!! Im sick of it. So .. tomorrow my plans are to wakeup at 5 am, drink coffee, go, and then Ill be fine.. Perfect scenerio right? Hope so. Sorry Jake... but this is real life. Anyway, tonight for dinner I ate a Burrito.. hoping this will help. Oh ,, did a yoga type of stretching class for 45 minutes at gym during lunch hour.

2 pieces of the yummiest rye toast with butter and honey
After Breakfast Snack at Work
Poop yogurt ( Activia)
3 Finn Crisp Crackers with a Laughing Cow cheese
Lunch
yum... 2 coddies ( cod fish cakes) with saltine crackas and mustard
salad with fat free italian dressing
low fat yumminess Lays potato chips with only 70 calories
Before Dinner snack
carrots with Whole Foods French Onion Dip (bland, do not recommend it) could have made, and should have, fat free sour cream with Liptons French Onion mix and it would have been much better.
Dinner
1/2 of a mediocre Steak Burrito from California Tortilla (mediocre is key word)
Lots of yummmy corn chips with Cheese Sauce
Oh and of course, 3 glasses of wine.
